When you shop with Candi Couture Boutique, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details — in order to process and fulfill your order. We also automatically collect some technical information as you browse, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and general site interaction patterns, which helps us understand what's working well and where the shopping experience could be smoother.

If you create an account, we store your order history and saved preferences so you're not re-entering the same details every visit. If you opt into marketing emails or SMS updates, we collect and use that contact information only for the purpose you signed up for.

How We Use Your Information

Your information exists to make shopping with us work properly — processing orders, calculating shipping, sending confirmations and shipping updates, responding to customer service inquiries, and, if you've opted in, letting you know about new arrivals and promotions. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand which styles and categories are resonating, so we know where to expand our collection.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We work with trusted service providers — payment processors, shipping carriers, and our Shopify platform — who need limited information to do their jobs, under contractual restrictions on how they can use it.

We do not store your full credit card information on our own servers. All payment processing runs through secure, PCI-compliant third-party processors integrated with Shopify, including Shop Pay and PayPal. Your card details are encrypted and handled to industry security standards.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link at the bottom of any email, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text.

Candi Couture Boutique is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
