Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with Shop Pay and PayPal for a faster, saved-details checkout. All payment options are available at checkout — no account required to complete a purchase, though creating one lets you save your info and track orders more easily.
When You're Charged
Your payment method is charged in full at the time your order is placed, not when it ships. This secures your items and lets us begin processing right away.
Payment Security
Candi Couture Boutique does not store your full card details on our own servers. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways integrated directly with our Shopify platform, and your information is encrypted in transit. Shop Pay and PayPal transactions are handled entirely within their own secure, encrypted systems.
Currency
All prices on candii-couture.com are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). If paying with a card issued outside the US, your bank may apply its own currency conversion and any associated fees — those charges aren't something we control or receive.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable Illinois and multi-state tax regulations.
Declined or Failed Payments
If a payment doesn't go through, double-check your card details, billing address, and available balance before retrying — most declines come down to a mismatched billing address or an expired card. If the issue continues, your bank may be flagging the transaction, and contacting them directly is usually the fastest fix. You're welcome to reach out to us too if you're unsure what happened.
